Connecting to your server 
 rcon_address <server address>; rcon_password "RCONPASSWORDHERE" 
   
 Executing commands 
 To execute commands on your server through rcon, it is the same process as if you were typing them into the server console directly, except you must prepend the command with "rcon ". For example: 
 rcon changelevel cp_process_f12 
 rcon changelevel koth_product_final 
 rcon exec rgl_6s_5cp_scrim 
 rcon exec rgl_6s_koth_pro
